Six week beginners course
An introduction to basic pole fitness and dance, including basic spins, link moves and pole body holds. Conditioning and flexibility built into each session with safe warmup and down.
From the start, together we will mark your progress. Something for you to keep and help you see your achievements over time.

Confidence and strengthening
Basic Pole
1 hour sessions per week

Level 2 - Extra 1 hour sessions
Having completed your basic pole course you can book 1 hour sessions to learn more challenging moves and transitions.

(If you are not a complete beginner you can start at level 2.)
